I suppose the Int'l break and the tedious stories in the BN have put everyone in a state of dormancy.
Anyway, it's now "next week", as another thread, on our future plight, put it.
Last chance saloon? I think not. For whatever reason Anderson will save the money and not eject Parky from the hot seat.
I don't see a thrashing, but more of the same. i.e. the defensive set up that we're used to. I haven't registered on ifollow and may not, seeing as I can see the highlights when I have time.
Big question is "will we score?" I think we will, but we won't win... 1-1
We play another struggling team, in Millwall and this may be a chance to get out of the bottom three, if results go in our favour. Don't hold your breath!
Anyone going to the game?

Yes, I'll be going Wots. Promises to be a cold and wet afternoon with football to match it. We've got to score sooner or later so 1-1 might just about be right. They've scored 22 goals to our 11 in 17 league games and conceded 29 to our 23.
For the optimists amongst you, in 2012 Owen Coyle's last game in charge was at Millwall when they managed to score a last minute winner and Chris Eagles missed a penalty in a 2-1 defeat.
The team that day was Bogdan, Mears, Mills, Eagles, Andrews, Ngog, Knight, Davies, Warnock, M.Davies, Spearing. Subs: Ream, Afobe, Ricketts, Sordell, Pratley, Lonergan, Chung Yong Lee. Some of that lot got a lot of stick from the supporters but there was a little more quality there than we have now...….

That read seems an embarrassment of riches now. Cannot believe that knight kept Ream out and that we could not get a tune from Afobe.
Mavies flattered to deceive as did Spearing at this level.
I have a good feeling about tomorrow. Not sure why. I think we will grab an early goal and Maybe sneak another on the counter. 0-2.
Or we concede after 7 mins and then it's game over.

I honestly don't know what to think about a result for tomorrow. I'd really love to think we can get something but I just don't know where a goals coming from. I suppose it all depends on the team he picks. Will he be bold or will it be back to one up top and wrong footed wingers? Probably the latter but I hope not and he accepts that he needs to be more positive. Since I can't see us scoring and Millwall aren't great, I'll go for 0-0 in another scrappy, dour affair.

I don't think PP trust his players enough to say 2 up front with traditional wingers whipping balls in.
Genuinely think two losses and Parky goes. I think we may get two draws to save his skin but ultimately not what we need.

I find it hard to see anything other than a dour 1-0 defeat.
This talk of “fresh start” and “clean slate” is rubbish.
The manager will start with 1 isolated striker, 2 non-attacking wingers (although Ameobi does have an idea where the goal is) and probably 2 maybe 3 defensive midfielders.
A couple of years back, I would have been driving down to London, looking forward to a decent match, talking to AndyL and The Kracken and cursing Millwall for locking us in after the match but I have completely lost faith – I sincerely hope that I am wrong and we try and attack but I can’t see it.

Surely, despite all the doubts, this has to be one of the few games we could expect to win. Let's hope everybody's had a rethink, KA has told Parky he has to up his game too and we see a refreshing change of approach. I don't want to be proved wrong yet again so COYWM, but if I am then surely this has to be the end for Parky, whatever the perceived cost.

Spud should be able to watch the game Pedro. Out of country the games are shown live on ifollow, except those that are shown on TV, then you only have the audio.
Not sure if you can see it live from the U.K. using a VPN.
Cost to me $9.00.

What sort of team is that?
New Start?
3 central defenders - just one attacker
Same negative approach
