Well it looks like its Bassini, apparently he was in court. Then again , that dosnt mean no other potential buyer wasnt present. What I would like answered is a questioned Ive put on the BN forum. If Anderson has defaulted on the Davies loan, is the Davies family now able to sell the club from under him???

From my understanding yes the davies estate can take back the shares and would take on the debt and then Ken can start legal proceedings if he wished. They obviously want nothing to do with the debt/club and would be happy to be creditor. I would have thought Eddie would have spoken to his family and said this is what happens if Ken does A,B or C then this is what you have to do. (Maybe thats exactly what is happening though)

Well even in Boltons terms what a week.
Player strike. Albeit for a few days. Court albeit most would have guessed an adjournment no matter how cynical or sensationalist. A rare win which has gone under the radar somewhat. And two home games where no one knows/knew if it was an empty stadium or played at all. Would have liked to see what the club said the official attendance was even if closed to the public. 12,000.
Whats more is that even after all this were still none the wiser and i am fearful that things could get worse.
For all Kens problems here he is clear to move on and take over another club. Bassini has been banned. Imagine how shady you would have to be to be deemed worse than Ken and here he is.
Anyway 6 from safety. Two home games. One at Ipswich and the other against a very ordinary Boro side.

I assume the reason the players have still not been paid (lunchtime Friday)is the fact that Bassini has still to put his promised deposit down, Anderson having more or less bailed out. Or maybe Anderson hopes to play the field until the next court date.

Players wages are protected by PFA so guessing Ken has no intention of paying these and would let new owners pay or allow PFA to step in.

Yes,but Anderson has publicly stated, I believe, that the new owner is to pay the outstanding players' wages.

Yes,but Anderson has publicly stated, I believe, that the new owner is to pay the outstanding players' wages. Is that really for him to say. The new owner you would have said ill pay it but knock it off the price. Ken would have to accept that. I stil get a feeling this deal is bogus and we will go to May 8th with "no deal"
