With the clock ticking down and the silence deafening, do we believe a bigger balloon than Anderson will rescue the club or are we nearing the end of BWFC as we know it. Can't believe what has happened to this once proud club.

Personally think we will ask for more time to dot the i's and cross the t's and personally think the judge will once again grant it because you dont luiqidate a founding member club unless its absoltutely no other option. So whilst someone is there saying ill buy it think they will play it out.
What good it will do im not sure.
Could they not ask prospective buyer for a bond/deposit to prove willing/authenticity and when can Davies group take back the shares???
Not shown any interest. Not sure how much they stand to gain/lose but would be a great way to put Eddie's legacy back in tact. Take back the shares and give them to true fans or businesses with a real 5 year/10 year plan.

It's not just EDs stake, what about Warbie and Michael James plus Heathcotes, the police, council and other debtors who could have applied to wind us up? I just can't understand the silence. You'd think if there was something going on they would know and if not that they would be pushing for their money back through the courts. Surely we must hear something tomorrow as I can't see anybody wanting to appear in court in the same position as last time. Amazing.

Just think there’s some careful, sly, underhand construction to Ken’s methods of trade and also his closed door approach to the most important of people, the supporters is abhorrent. It almost feels to me like he has great pleasure in having us sweat until the very last second. You need to know Ken that karma is a bitch and you’ll get your comeuppance, just you wait and see

Can't understand what's happened to the BN's Marc Iles. In this situation, the flow of news and/or speculation has compleely dried up except apparently on a competitive forum and Alan Nixon at Twitter. What the hell is going on?

Big shout Ken And where does the EFL or the PFA stand on this? You’d think Gordon Taylor’s last job of note would be to intervene and help out one of his old clubs!!!!!

Almost emerged, well yes, but they have no accounts due until next year so can't see what their worth is. New company and South African owner so what can be gleaned from that, not a lot I'd say.

I wonder with the Howfen connection (Lostock Lane not Chew Moor) if Gaspard is connected with Michael James, currently the owner of the car parks. If so, understand he is a successful businessman

No Marc Iles again this morning so no blog today on the court case. I suppose there's no need really, it will probably be a quick in out to allow an extension for the takeover if proof is conclusive of the closeness of the deal. In fact it may be concluded in time for the hearing, in which case the payment of the outstanding amount could be made. Still leaves the question, where is Marc?

Does anyone reckon that Kens claims that some folk/companies are claiming to be the alleged mystery buyer, only to have expressed an interest an not had the necessary funds to go any further (Gaspard) when in fact the real buyer is actually that Laurence Bassini 😬😬

Well another adjournment until the 8th May at least by then we will know for sure what league we will be in if we don't already know now. I think that Ken has been a bit of a wonker but he seems to be trying to get the club sorted out his way if it means that come next season we have a club without Anderson, Parky and three quarters of the current team and we have a way forward I will be very happy. The downside to today is that we are stuck with Parky and his group so I won't be seeing the team till next season good luck to all the fans who will be going to games I won't hold it against you. Hahahaha COYWM

Well is the strike still on?
Would you go to work at the ticket office or club shop? Is there electric and water at the facilities.
Complete novice but say ken wants £20M for his 94%. To keep it simple thats about 200k per share. If any buyer is serious couldnt he sell 10% now. Settle wages. Get the matches on and then deal with the majority. Im sure theres a lot of reasons while i get shot down but seems if a court could say thats how it is and any party defers then theres penalties.
