Yes, they should go ASAP. Their antediluvian football has emptied the stadium, whereas Ken Anderson gambled on better football attracting bigger crowds. By the way, does anyone have a clue who Ken's bidder might be, if any ? The fact that the QC bought it suggests it is true. There have been guesses it could be the ex Manu chief now at Chelsea supported by Turkish money, or Ryboloviev, the Russian billionaire owner of Monaco ( he makes fertiliser - good for the Umibol pitch).

BSA & Peter Reid alongside some other consortium, probably Del Boy, Boycie and Trigger I guess. Joking aside though, I did hear the name BSA from a bloke who has said a few things that turned out to be true in the past so watch this space 😬😬🤔🤔 If the new owners are looking for a new boss, what about Danny Cowley at Lincoln?? Just a thought

Cow keys doing a fantastic job at Lincoln but since they'll be in a higher league than us next year, I'm not sure it's likely he'd want to even consider coming here. In fact, having just moved back to S Yorks from Lincoln for family reasons, not because I wanted to, I think if I were him I'd stay there. Apart from being a lovely city and area, it's also got a huge catchment and no other serious clubs anywhere near. With a little money behind him, I reckon Danny Crowley could surprise people outside Lincolnshire and take the club to heights never seen before. When you think what the brothers have done already from non league to now it's phenomenal, who knows what he can achieve. Of course I'd love him here but I think it's highly unlikely. As for BSA, I'd personally prefer for him not to return on the football side. I get all his experience and have huge respect and admiration for him but I'd rather we had a complete new start with a fresh young manager with his own ideas and not being a puppet to Sam.

Anyone else now extremely worried about the lack of info?
People seem to think because a judge granted an extenstion that there was some bona fide water tight offer. Simon Jordan said it best(all day) that the judges dont want to go down that route at all and will take any chance they get.
I personally think Ken asked a favour of his equally unsavoury pal to give a little nudge to FV and i think its all going to fall flat.
I dont agree with the "cant get worse". It actually can. Look at Coventry. Was the premier mid tablers, city club and years later down and new stadium hosting rugby whilst they struggle.
Have until Thursday to bury this season and 12 points. I just hope they hurr up and take it.
Non disclosure is a farce at this late stage.

I,ve become very apathetic ...the hope has been squeezed out of me over the past 18 mth-2yrs and I just want to let happen, happen Let it all happen and we will start again from where ever we end up ! BUT......I would like to see a full investigation into all the clubs affairs/dealings to see if there was any ****wrongdoing **** involved in getting us to this point ! Not accusing anyone but find it difficult to believe there has been no shennagins involved

I know what you mean grud but in fairness you could argue a case either way for Anderson's time here and all I want to see is him gone and a complete new regime, both owner and management. I don't think recriminations afterwards would help our situation and whilst it may feel better to pin something on Ken, I'd personally rather just leave him in the past. Of course if there were physical proof of misdemeanours or illegal acts, that's different and punishment delivered accordingly. Frankly though I just want to get back to watching positive, exciting football from a team actually trying to win a game which hasn't been the case for nearly three seasons under Parkinson.

Apparently Alan Nixon, who usually gets it right, has said the prospective owner would a shock. In a bad way and would be surprised if EFL pass it.
Few on the site have thrown Bassini name around. He sounds worse than Ken.

Mike Ashley's splashing the cash somewhat this week. It couldn't be him, surely?

I'm like all football fans up and down the country I want to see our team winning games and being entertained but at the moment us poor souls are getting nothing so we need this all to end sooner rather than later. COYWM

********But while The Bolton News understands Bassini – who has been declared bankrupt twice, in 2007 and 2014, and in 2016 completed a three-year ban from having any involvement with a Football League club – is not the front-runner, Parkinson was unable to shed any light on the buyer’s identity..............NO THANK YOU

Well if that's true and Bassini is the new owner then it's me finished with both Wanderers and football in general. This louse has been proved beyond doubt to be corrupt so how on earth can he possibly be considered a fit and proper person to own a football club of our standing? Just stinks if true and takes us no further forward than with Anderson.

When i heard that rumour i did a wiki search on Basini and i thought most of it was fiction it was that ridicolous.
I dont blame Ken for accepting any offer. This for me comes back to Eddie. Who let this guy in? Apparently didnt want to sell to just anyone. Well look where we are at?
And now with the deadline were left with this, admin(-12) on top of the deduction will be an embargo so cant bring new faces in and with a squad all nearing the end and sick to thier back teeth we will be starting next season probably favourites for the drop again.
Or theres the hope that if the loan deal isnt paid Davies family can take thier shares back and would think to give them away to a true fit and proper person. Or supporters trust.
Or liquidation.
