WE seem to be playing so poorly this season, this fixture scares me to death... even if Chelsea play their second string in every department, I'm sure it'll be a loss by score to nil. It's a question of how many Chelsea score for me, so I'm going for 4-0 and hope it's not more embarrassing. A draw would feel like a victory in itself.

We'll deffo win this one!!!! NOT.....
6-0
Well they usually do us by at least 5 without reply. Mind you though, the lucky charm Lampard won't be playing so at least that gives us hope as he always got on the scoresheet

really hope it doesn't get too embarrassing. i can see us having a good 30 to 40 mins as we raise ourselves underdog style in the cup, and enjoy playing at a PL ground with no bad atmosphere of our crowd on our back etc. then again if we just go and sit too deep, and have no ideas on the ball when we get it, it's that the worries me. once we concede, it could be floodgates open....i'll go with 4-1 Chelsea as per Trotter.

Are Max and Paddy available for this game???
We'd stand a better chance with Albert and them dwarfs in the Bolton kits, you know the one's "Come on, let us in, it's his stag do"

Frankly I have about as much interest in this game as confidence we won't get thumped. Still there's always the element of surprise I suppose!!!!

I don't think we will get so badly stuffed, maybe a 3-0 or 4-0 at worst. Freedman will pack the midfield, make no attempt to win the game and try to bore them into submission. It won't work of course, but will reduce the damage inflicted. I wonder how many shots on goal we will have?

i'm a bit like WS63 on this one. little interest. try and get thru it with no injuries & without too much embarassment, and get on with the fight against relegation. i don't want 150% given against Chelsea then it's all after the Lords mayors show in next lge game. 3-0 to Chelsea.

I think that that might be a little over optimistic.

For all the masochistic people on here (I suppose we all are, considering our association with BWFC, AndyL being our leader ;-) ) the game is again listed on thefirstrow and cricfree... if you need instructions on how to get past the ads and stupid clicking noises on cricfree just ask... that is providing that the link is not removed, as it has been in the past... our game against Wolves was only one of two games not shown from the Championship on Saturday...
...ignore if it's shown on payTV... sky etc...

Isn't Bake Off on instead or something? Wish this was on Sky so it would hold a magnifying glass to our shocking performances. If we lost 8-0 we might make the back page and who knows someone might talk about a time when a John Terry own goal saw us leaving Stamford Bridge with 3 points

Yes it is OM and it will be infinitely more enjoyable than anything this idiot can inspire at Chelsea.
