you could almost be sure Soton would overplay at Anfield and cough up some cheap possession. this one got punished ruthlessly by Liv'pools kids. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/684277816 u-21's in starting line up. scorer of this one, and one other.. Jayden Danns. son of ex-bwfc player..Neil Danns, who is a scouser himself. the other scorer on the night was Lewis Koumas.. .and you think...has he got an ex-pro as a dad too. well, with that name, the chances were higher, as it's not one you hear all the time. son of course of Jason Koumas - ex- Tranmere/WBA etc he was a player on his day. never consistent enough. & here's a mini round up of Jason Koumas' best goals.

hadn't actually noticed this one. had skimmed thru' the goals. noticed the Amrabat error, but didn't spot where it originated from. gaffe at 2.35 didn't really notice that many this wk/end. 1 or 2 possibles. but this was the only proper one, although didn't look that far outside the PL. Charlton away at Northampton. action starts at 1.33.with Northampton keeper. bizarre twist in this one. almost a clanger at the Northampton end then they break quickly... balls end up at Charlton keepers feet at 1.48, he proceeds to take a shocking bad 1st touch and gift it to the Northampton attacker. he's then tackled before he can get his shot off, but ball squirms out and it gets stuck in the net anyway. 1-1.

13.52 in vid below. a corker.
from womens Welsh prem. Swansea v Cardiff. this is the whole thing with this passing out, just getting people who are simply not good to think this is all perfectly normal and the standard way to play.
opening shot. hardly any defenders about. how can you build from the back if there is no-one. keeper plays it out to the defender in wide area.
girl in blue in middle eventually scores from this. she is marked at this point.
defender gets rid immediately by passing it straight back to the keeper. judging from keepers movements, this wasn't expected or wanted. keeper can't trap a bag of cement.
ball rolls on. good poaching from the striker, but of course the other defender instead of reading this or marking up....chose to move a bit wider into free space available for a pass !?!
of course another aggravating factor is the keeper out of the area..high and wide. in any semi-normal keeper position you might be able to rectify a mistake.
skip on to 15.16, there's nearly a keeper cockup in the next mens game. keeper receives it at 15.20 .look how far the oppo striker is away from him, and how much hesistation & messing around he does. nice block from the striker. huge chance to tap it in, but just ends up running away from him..and only hits the post. very lucky escape.

Aaron Ramsdale finally gets the gloves back and following a lovely pass out from the back, the balls in the net 1-1 Oh dear thanks for that one Rioch. hadn't seen it. clanger at 0.37 in vid below. what a complete idiot. he's only in goal as Raya can't play against his parent club. brentford. i'm sure the return fixture is already on this thread with a clanger that didn't get punished after only a few mins, now he does that. Jeez.

1.09 Villa give it away cheaply under intense pressure...4 players circling the 2 Villa players. Spurs take advantage and score.

Hull V Leics Leics escape with a pen save . just before the main clanger at 2.25. just awful this one. keeper already stood well out of his box. plays it out to Wout Faes. he instantly gets it nicked off him and Hull score. . Hull normally bad offenders with this themselves. it'll be interesting to see if Leicester can reign this in , in the PL because if they try to do too much of this esp against the top half sides, they will get murdered. not sure what Faes was meant to do. were are the options ? . why not bring 5 or 6 players back if you are going to build from the back, and move 4 of them upfield "en bloc"...like the red arrows interchanging and moving and weaving. whats the keeper keep moving forward for...he's literally reducing his own space with every step. he probably hasn't got the ability to play the pass unless he's really close. just utterly mindless stuff.
