I hope so rftr, I don’t want to be sulking driving home after a poor performance. I suppose for Fleetwood, much depends on their result against Wednesday tonight, it’s a huge game for both of them. I actually hope the Cods win because I’ll miss a local derby with Wednesday next year if they go up and with Rotherham probably also going up and Donny down, I’m running out. At least I’ll have the closest of all at Barnsley so that’s one thing. Should they get a win tonight though it could give a huge boost to them for our game, though given their current form I’m not sure I see them getting anything tonight. It’s their game in hand on Gillingham though so if they do pull it off I think that makes them safe as their goal difference is so much better, so who knows? If they do win though it piles the pressure on Morecambe and if they do go down I can’t see Stockton wanting to go with them, so maybe there’s a deal to be done there for Evatt? Stockton in, Kachunga out maybe? As for Saturday, like you I’ll go for a clear Wanderers win but 3-0 as we don’t concede.

Ouch 2 up 3 down We just have to put 5 past Fleetwood Yes and Portsmouths win over Wigan means we can’t now finish above them so we need to make sure we don’t slip up to finish in the top 10.

Yeah Got to say, I didn’t expect that from Portsmouth at all and for all us Wanderers hoping the Pathetics slip up, they’ll need to lose 4-0 v Shrewsbury and MKD win by the same v Plymouth, hardly gonna happen
So sadly, through gritted teeth, we have to commend Leam Richardson on promotion and with Rotherham away at Gillingham, it’s a fair shout that they’ll be taking up the second auto spot
My guess for play off winners would be Wycombe if they manage to negotiate a win at Burton as I think Plymouth might only get a point v MKD and Sunderland would crack under their own crowds expectations. Gareth Ainsworth always manages to pull something out of the bag
That said, it would be a crowd pleaser to see Sunderland v Sheff Wednesday in the final, there’s be over 80,000 there for sure

I wouldn’t be too sure on Rotherham winning at Gillingham rftr. Of course they must be big favourites but you just never know these days. Even if they don’t, MK still have to win their game so nothings certain. On the play offs, anything can happen but assuming MK don’t make the automatics, I’d favour them as they’ve pretty much been the most consistent side throughout the season. As you say though, an Owls v Sunderland final would be mega, considering it’s 3rd division and probably more watchable than any Championship final for the neutrals. Anyway, we’re not involved sadly so I personally don’t care who ends up where!!

Get well soon chip and hope you’re feeling better when we take 3 points of the Cods. I wouldn’t worry too much about them going down, I can’t see Gillingham beating Rotherham so they should be safe. I’m not going either now because it’s my granddaughters last match on Saturday morning so with a 12:30 kick off at the UniBol I won’t make it in time. I’m going to watch the Millers game instead as it’s on Sky. Anyway, have a good weekend everyone whatever you’re doing.

Thanks guys it's not the best I have felt but I'm still alive that's the main thing. I don't think Gillingham will beat Rotherham so it might make our result just mean something to us I.E finishing 10th even though a draw will do for us. Onwards and upwards stay safe one and all COYWM

A different sort of finish to the season after the last few years.
Maybe it will be classed as nothing to play for by us except pride but pride is important and it is important that we finish well on an unbeaten run.
Different for Fleetwood of course.
They might escape relegation even if they lose, as Gillingham have a difficult game against Rotherham. They, of course, can’t think like that and must go for the win. I don’t think it will be all out attack from them, more likely that they will hope to grab something on the break.
We are a decent team and as long as the attitude is correct, and we don’t mess with the team too much, I would expect a win.
Plus we owe them some form of revenge from that disastrous night at their ground and also their cocky players who loved to rub the score in our fans faces.
2-0 win but Fleetwood to survive as Rotherham will win at Gillingham.
