I'd keep him too. he's just in the saddle. Must have a chance to make an impression over time, not five minutes.
The shining light so far is Thomason's goal. First professional goal. I think Evatt is right, he's destined for further things and I don't think with us.

The fact is that he’s working with players scraped from the bottom of the barrel who are constantly letting him down. If he gets us anywhere near promotion he’s done a good job. We all want to win and what we’re seeing from some of these players is woeful but we have to give somebody a chance to put things right and I still trust IE to do that as well as anyone else we could get. It’s hard to give people time but Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither will BWFC be so a little patience is needed. The second half of this will test the players character because with that wind behind us we should be well in with a chance of saving this yet.

Whenever a team is physical and run at/into us, we just wilt.
I do not understand Steve Eyre being happy at being 2 goals down.
We will not use the wind anything like Carlisle have as we don't have big physical forwards

compliments of the season to everyone !. what a shambles. Santos having another shocker. very lucky Alessandra missed that sitter after his big error. normally like Steve Eyre but he's talking a fair bit of of drivel- in amongst some other good stuff. keeps saying Jones can't play on left...effectively a right back playing left wing. yes..bang on...but who's picking him there. keeps saying Santos can't mark. you wouldn't think we had an ex-centre back as manager to coach him for the last 6 mths. he talks like he's an 18 yr old we've literally just picked up.
Evatt no doubt think we're dominating this one too.
seeing as Greenidge did a good job at Cheltenham dealing with set pieces....might it not have been an idea to go with that format again ? especially with the weather.
we've now got the wind...but will it help as much seeing as we'll not be direct .

This is the very time that Evatt's half time talk should be about changing tactics and direct football it should be. If we faff around with the ball in our own half, then he needs telling! I can see a second goal coming from the young lad.

Just watching the second half as I was out for the first half we have the wind but we don’t seem to be able to use it 🤷♂️ It’s as if we are struggling to find our own players don’t think we should get rid of Ian but he needs to buck up and sort his defence out and get another striker stay safe one and all COYWM

The wind is a big advantage to us but once again it is our complete lack of composure when we attack. Passes go astray, we take the wrong options and opportunities go begging. We get in good positions but the final ball is wasted so often. If Evatt can sign players they need to be those with a bit of experience and nouse. Yet again Isgrove gets into good positions then completely wastes the chance, either hitting the first defender or crossing to nobody.

Anyone else wish to keep this loser in charge??? To be fair rftr, no manager can be blamed for the inadequacies of the likes of Baptiste and Santos today. These players should be better than this. I’d give IE at least to the end of this season to see what he can do in January to replace some of the numpties we’ve got. I’m not trying to excuse anyone today but that wind is fierce and the second half could be very different. Disagree W63 Don’t pick em

I’ve asked this before but can someone please tell me what Isgrove offers to this team? He’s utterly useless and if anyone can tell me why he’s preferred to Darcy I’d be very grateful. He can’t pass he can’t shoot he can’t cross and he has no awareness when attacking. 3-2 now so come on lads.

Well we didn’t get the 4th but well done lads to come from 0-3 down to get a draw. We were again poor today and showed our deficiencies but at least we salvaged a point which didn’t look likely at 40 minutes. Two home games now so chances to make ground again after what should be a confidence building result.
