Knowing Bolton's penchant for gifting wins to teams on a long losing streak ............. Just hope that Parky doesn't play a "target man" and revert to hoofing it again. Stats showing how our hoofs have reduced and possession increased I am hopeful rather than optimistic I also hope that he protects Kirchoff's fitness as he has stated. I think he and Obasi will be the key to our staying up.

Like you Pedro, I fear Parky returning to hoof. I just hope though, that he saw enough on Tuesday to convince him that continuing a more footballing style and keeping hold of the ball suits our players better. Personally, I'd leave Wilbs at home so he's not tempted to switch back to hoof but I somehow think that's a step too far for Parky and he'll have him there whatever. I just fear after his, " better teams mix it up" quote on Friday he's not thinking of starting him!!

Sorry to p155 on anyone’s parade but this could be a freak 3-0 defeat!!!! Is freak the right word to use?? I’d love 3 points and I’d even take the one, but such is the unpredictability of the Tinkerman, my prediction becomes so random and unbelievable Let’s see!!! COYWM prove me wrong

Yes, like you rftr, my man concern today is Parky himself. After our much improved performance the other night I would have really liked him to come out and big up the performance but also the way it was achieved with HIS new methods. Instead, he seemed almost apologetic with his way of playing, insisting that hoof would have a part in future like all "better" teams do. I know I'm appearing negative again but I really just feel he doesn't see what the rest of us see and feels really uncomfortable playing anything other than his beloved hoof. If he starts with Wilbraham today I'll lose any respect I could ever have had for him and all it will prove once and for all is that he is unfit to manage any club at this level. I really hope I'm being over pessimistic and he continues the good work started at Reading, where I think we could come away with at least a point. If it is back to hoof then I can certainly see your 3-0 defeat becoming reality.

Don‘t normally comment pre match, but am very worried about today‘s line up. How on earth do we accommodate Henry, Pratley and Derik in the same midfield? I‘m sorry, I just do not see Pratley as an attacking midfielder and for me one of them is too much. I hope I‘m proved wrong, but in the absence of the injured Kirchhoff, I feel normal service will be resumed and there‘ll be no repetition of the ‚total football‘ at Reading ;-)

An abysmal first half between two equally wretched teams, both of which evidently would be delighted with a 0-0 score. It requires a degree of commitment to watch on live stream in the comfort of my own home. It must soul destroying actually to be there. Wednesday are awful, we have reverted to boot it up to the diminiutive ALF. One really good piece of play from the largely uninvolved Ameobi put it on a plate for Buckley who headed straight at the keeper. And that was it really. Can the second half be as bad?

I know injury time equalisers should feel like a win, but this one doesn’t. We were very poor against an even poorer Wednesday who were very much there to be beaten. What the point is, of playing Pratley where he did, I cannot fathom. Sure, he ran about until failing badly over the last 15 mins, but he contributed nothing. The back four plus Alnwick were reasonably good, Burke in particular, and ALF did well feeding on scraps. Ameobi was in one of his listless moods and Henry continues to decline. Derik grew into the game, but doesnt look a midfielder of any kind. Buckley missed our two best chances till Wilbraham made full use of a peach of a cross from Morais. Despite having a whinging game, Morais still looks far better than either Buckley or Noone, both of whom have been great disappointments to me,
I suppose I’ll feel better when I look at the table, but, had Parky shown a bit more ambition, we could easily have had six points from the last two games, rather than two.
