Hull have been a bit hit and miss and after our Caraboa momentum and their defeat to Doncaster, it should make for an interesting game. Hull go into this on the back of 3 straight defeats conceding 7 goals and scoring just one, we have scored 4 and let in 4 over the lasts 3 games so with that, anything could happen and this makes it that little bit harder to predict. Add to that PP's shuffling of the pack and ridiculously times subs and we have a game for the neutral to savour, I'm guessing. Still think we'll get beat though sadly😞 2-1 COYWM fight the good fight

If you detach yourself from this game and look at it as a neautral you'll go "hull, premiership last season, decent start, expect them to be up there, at home vs Bolton from league one without a win, poor on the road, and already looking at Relegation. 3-1"
So 3-1

Despite my pre-season resolve to have a break from away games I found myself at Bolton Central this morning and saw that tickets were available for tonight, so I will be driving over the M62 later on...I hope that at least 1 lesson is learned from Tuesday and Derik is given the role in front of the defence, whether it is a 3 or a 4 at the back. Priority for me is to keep things tight at the back, and hope to get something on the break, but so much will depend on the team selection being right for the opposition they will be facing....P.P. has important decisions to make, particularly in light of the performances of Robinson, Armstrong, Little and of course Derik. Buckley, Darby and Wilbraham didn't let anyone down either, and there is little or nothing between Alnwick and Howard..I will await the team sheet with interest.

Time for the first league win of the season.
Not seen the team yet but, hopefully, Derik starts
Please not 100% defence and hope for a break - let's have some positive play.
Just got the team as I was typing - no Derik :-
Howard; Morais, Dervite, Burke, Beevers, Taylor; Karacan, Buckley, Cullen; Armstrong, Madine.
Subs: Alnwick, Little, Le Fondre, Robinson, Derik, Wilbraham, Pratley.
Just Buckley in for Pratley. Pleased that Pratley is out but where is the defensive side of midfield??
Fingers crossed!!

The manager doesn't seem to realise that we've been ripped to bits playing 3 at the back so far this season but he doesn't change.
The midfield allow the opposition to just run through as we are playing without a defensive midfielder. Cullen certainly isn't such a player so it is unfair to play him in that position.
This is so similar to 2 seasons ago where we just collapsed away from home.

9 goals in 4 first half games and nearly all of them have been down to wxnk defending with three at the back. it proves one thing three at the back does not work in this league give it up Parky please before we are cast adrift with the cannon fodder of this league.

From what I have seen up to half time on the live stream, we lack any kind of leadership on the field. Hull started very tentatively and we were in the game until the first, dreadful goal. After that, our heads were down and it was just how many they would score. Let's hope Parky instils some pride for thevsecond half.
