Well here it is...
If for some reason, Millwall and Sheff Utd are victors tomorrow night (Monday) we could simply park the bus and go for 3 x nil nil draws and be promoted!! Can't really see that happening, but football can be a strange affair Alternatively, they've both won and are now just a point behind us as we aim to outscore a team that have scored just 5 less than us and we're sitting second top versus their lowly relegation position. Granted, they've let in one less goal than Gillingham all season but that's still 72 goals. If we don't score against them that will be a major disappointment but equally, if we don't beat them it will be a disaster in my opinion I won't make a prediction again but I seriously hope they don't have a man sent off COYWM do it for BOLTON

Whatever the other team's results are tomorrow it doesn't change the fact that two wins will see us home. The problem is that we just don't look like getting them so we have to hope others drop points to help us out. On paper we should do it comfortably, but this is Bolton Wanderers and we rarely do anything comfortably, so I expect another very scrappy, tedious game against Bury. Which way the result goes we'll see but I won't be sitting there with any confidence that we'll win just as I have for months now. I very much doubt Madine will play but it won't stop Parkinson's relentless reliance on hoof I'm afraid. COYWM and prove me wrong.

Isn't it a shame though that we have to hope other teams lose when promotion is so much in our own hands? That said, come on Millwall, at least get va draw, then the game against Bury will seem so much more winnable.

The day has started well with the Bradford result, as you say Andy, come on Millwall...I watched quite a bit of the Yorkshire Derby at the gym, the third was a wonderful breakaway move from one end to the other, oh for someone to provide ALF with such an opportunity tomorrow night rather than hoping he might grow a few inches to deal with the 'hoof'! Whatever the results come 5.00 p.m. promotion is still ours to lose..I struggle to comprehend the tactical change P.P. has described in todays B.N....a personnel change yes, but tactics no. If Madine is unfit, as looks likely according to reports (but who knows with Madine!) there needs to be a team selection that will give ALF and Vela far more service where it matters. The sheer volume of pressure led to a goal-line clearance and the crossbar being tested late on at Oldham, but 1 out of 13 on target is a sorry stat....Taylor must play if fit, and possibly Henry for Pratley sooner rather than later if there is no score at half-time. The latter really struggled on Saturday and in truth there haven't been many games when he and Spearing have worked well together, especially at home, whilst Henry has at least tried running at the opposition and helped create space for others in his last couple of appearances from the bench. I would like to see either he or Long start to be honest, and see defenders and midfielders demanding quick throws from Howard in the absence of a target man, but whatever the team selected let's get the points we need, and leave others to do the panicking!

www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/live-scoresMillwall missed three good chances but improved a bit in the second half. S****horpe only 4 goals behind us in the GD table. Now only 3 goals. Now back to 4 goals Fleetwood slowing it down and in control and win 1.0 but Millwall tried their hardest with 3 up front. Fleetwood end up 1 point behind us, with us having a game in hand.

I've said all I need to say about Parkinson other than if he hasn't learned by now that something entirely different to his usual hoofball is needed, then I really do give up. Surely even such intransigence has a limit and no matter how much he prefers to play that way, he must realise with these players it just doesn't work. Am I confident he will change approach? Not at all, he will continue to try to convince people he has without actually doing anything different, and if he does I'm afraid the end result will be another failure. I really want to be wrong about this and hope I see a new, attacking, pacy approach taken. We have the players to blow Bury away but sadly we don't have a manager that sees that.

The sad face was 3 question marks. Don't know if people agree with it? Long can be a bit greedy OooM but that's not a bad thing and I'm glad you dropped Moxey 1 Who's got the balls? 2 Who's got the bravery? 3 Who can we rely on to make that extra bit count? 4 Who will get us the goals? 5 Who will lead us over the line? (Your not included PP) 6 Who wants to decorate the town in glory? There's the SIX crucial points we need.. I'm banking on ALF Beevers and Vela to reignite the passion, excitement and elation of the home crowd to take us into the Championship. Come on You Whites Your Time is NOW

Just putting Long up front with ALF is papering over the cracks OM if that's all Parky does. Keeping both Pratley and Spearing together in the middle is part of the problem as neither has pace and both struggle with their passing. If the team is the one you quote, and by the way I think you may be spot on if Taylor's fit, it will just mean Parkinson retains his hoofball style. If he were to drop one or the other and play Karacan or Otabor I'd be more confident of a different approach. Sadly, I can't see any way he will change what he's done all season. Consequently, I just can't get any confidence that it will be any different to normal tomorrow which means I see a desperate struggle to overcome an up for it Bury side just as desperate for the points as us. My forecast a 0-1 win for Bury.
