hope one of these pre-match articles will be right one of these days and all 3 will be available. Cravies seems to have been rumoured for months but never actually makes it.
lets hope Blackburn are as knackered after their Liv fa cup tie as we were..so lets start nice high tempo for this one to make sure they feel it.

They brought him back really well [in November]; he played 25 minutes, then 25 minutes then 45 minutes - so phase 1 of that rehab is building up match fitness - they gradually built up the game minutes and they did that really well. But Arsenal play two games a week, not one. This has nothing to do with match fitness but that you only have three days to recover not six days and you don’t have the recovery time.
They played Theo five times in 16 days (90 mins) so instead of edging him in, they played him 90, 90, 90, 90, 90, so you accumulate fatigue, your nervous system becomes slower and fatigue is one of the biggest reasons for ACL injuries."
Heskey would seem a good option up top for this one, with ALF. let Heskey have 60 mins then Cravies the final 30 mins.

i'd disregard..mcnaughton ( inj), rochina, & slavchev
then it's a toss up between amos, & the 2 new guys... if NL thinks Twardzik ( is he fit?? ) is as good as Coke then ditch Coke.
or is Mccarthy fit enough...we probably need more central defensive cover..so if he is ok, i think he should make the bench.
or you could just risk Fitzsimmons on the bench with AL back as number 1 keeper.
at least with the added numbers there's a bit of healthy competition about for team and bench places.
prediction : would love a win. we rode our luck in the return game, will we see a reverse of that this time. i'd take a 1-1 draw bearing in mind our poor away form.
