I bought my ticket for the replay and it arrived today. When I saw the price though (£26) it did cross my mind that the game is live on TV and it's bound to be cold (and wet).
Are they kidding (obviously not) £26 when it's live on TV? The game could be seriously lacking in home support at the MacBok.
What does everyone else think? Anyone know how well tickets are selling?
I think we had our chance in the first game. Sturridge will surely play and sad to say, I think we'll lose this 0 - 2.

Think i'll stick by my first post and say 0-3, just the cash bonanza.

I got our tickets on Tuesday, there was about 15 people queuing at 11 o' clock. Looks like the supporters may be watching the match on TV saving £26 or £19-50 for concessions.

Neal Lennons comments ahead of the cup game:
Kenny Dalglish was - and still is - his all time hero.
But the Bolton boss is hoping to break Anfield hearts - by dumping them out of the FA Cup in their fourth round replay on Wednesday.
“I have an affinity for Liverpool” Neil Lennon Former Parkhead boss Lennon said: "I followed Kenny at Celtic and then at Liverpool. Watching Liverpool playing in Europe had a huge impact on myself as a young boy.
"I loved watching them play. They were the dominant team, not only in England but in Europe as well. I have an affinity for Liverpool. It was a great occasion managing a team at Liverpool and it will be a great occasion.
"I think they have one eye on the FA Cup now so it's a dangerous game for us. But I will have a job to do and would dearly love to win the tie.
"We know what to expect."

Not got a lot of confidence in this one and with ex Wanderer Daniel Sturridge back from injury and scoring I will have to go with a 1-3 defeat .... Sorry

Having lost Pratley yesterday, I suspect that we may rest a few. Indeed it might be had to field a full team and bench. Could Phil Hughes play? Feeling even less confident.

The best thing to happen in this cup tie could be the chat over a glass of wine after the game in a Liverpool player coming our way.

No Pratley ( out for six weeks). Much speculation re what Brendan R may do in the press but what about NL. It's a good chance to win. dare he try out any of the new acquisitions? Are they even eligible?
The back three/wing back model worked well v them ( albeit disastrously at Rotherham) but with Sturridge and Gerrard in the mix?.. I think I'd hope for something like
Lonergan, McNaughton, Wheater, Mills, Ream
Vela Trotter Danns Gudjohnsen, Clough Craig D
The idea would be to play deep, narrow have full backs wide and seek to break perhaps with Eidur rolling back the years
I am quite concerned that if we play as openly as there we'll ship four or more probably quite quickly. We have no Pratley who ran everywhere there and unless any of the new players are really good and acclimatised I'd doubt they would feature other than on the bench but McNaughton needs to step up and Vela to be our star midfielder. I'm very nervous of Feeney starting although recognise that he is a trier and usually creates something at sometime or another. If he does start all the greater the argument for the more orthodox and studies approach to defence

Are they even eligible? Andy, I don't think that any of our new signings can play. I think the rule is that only those players eligible for the first meeting on January 24th can play in the replay so that rules out all of yesterday's signings plus the Portuguese lad we signed last week. One other question regarding players and availibilty for games. Am I right in thinking that the rules say that we can only have 5 loanees in our 18 man match squad. If so, I think that we have 6 on loan at the moment. One is Amos who must be in the squad so one of Rochina, Le Fondre, Slavchev, Bannan or Janko must be left out every match.
