I see Gartside and Sammy Lee are having the finger pointed at them, with this public humiliation of a trail brought on the club by the powers that be!!
I thought this had all gone away?
Is it just greed or has the agent been shafted?
Innocent until proven guilty perhaps?
I guess it might just be a case of innocent until proved guilty!!

I think that the club already has form in this regard. Didn't they exclude an agent a while ago, when that fat Harry Secombe lookalike was involved. I can't remember his name...

It is Gavin's agent that has brought the case against BWFC as it is alleged that he was cut out and did not receive his fee. I would guess that everything he is saying is correct but I do not think he will win this case.
