As I’ve been sitting here watching The Exorcist Trilogy I thought I would find out how many goals our five strikers have scored to games played. So all five collectively have made 1,456 appearances scoring 273 goals in total bloody hell that’s not a lot of goals. Dadi Aps 451 goals 72 , Dion Aps 257 goals 79 , Bakayoka Aps 233 goals 36 , Afolayan Aps 149 goals 33 , Kachunga Aps 366 goals 53 . So our two best strikers are Dadi & Dion, by my calculations we need a good striker or two. Onwards and upwards COYWM

I also did some checking of our strikers goal goal scoring records over their careers and none had good figures.
Dion Charles - 257/79 (inc internationals) = 0.307 goals per game Dadi Bodvarsson - 451/72 = 0.159 goals per game Elias Kachunga - 1066/65 = 0.060 goals per game Amadou Bakayoko - 233/36 = 0.154 goals per game Dapo Afolayan - 161/34 = 0.211 goals per game
None could be described as prolific, and a lot of the goals were scored at levels much lower than we are now. Looking at these stats, the only person who could insanely be surprised by the lack of goals we are scoring is Ian Evatt. What makes him think he can turn these lame ducks into world beaters?

Completely agree that we need one maybe two goalscorers, problem is we cant have 6 and 7 on the payroll so would need to get rid of 2 or even 3 of the (sorry to say Duds) Baka, Kachunga and if the moneys still there for Dapo we'd be silly not to take it. He just doesnt fit this system.
How many clubs are going to come in for Kachunga and Bakayoko. None higher than us so will those players choose to leave us? Would Evatt gamble on a good loan player over the Kachunga and his work rate. Probably not.
