I'll start this one off
2-0 to Rochdale.... because we can't score and they can AND Keith Hill will want it more and impress that upon his players Dreading the Bury game st Gigg Lane😳

I'm worried about this one. A couple of weeks ago, I was really confident that we would win easy but after the last few performances, I am concerned.
Presumably Anderson will start - in place of Trotter? Or will we stick with just one up front and continue the barrage of punts up to a willing, but limited, Proctor.
If we choose to play some form of attacking football, it should be a good match because Rochdale will definitely play positively.
I am hoping for a change in approach from the manager and, as usual, I will be going expecting a win but still worried.
We will concede so, again, I am looking for a 2-1 win.

If Parky continues with his current set up we will lose and probably fail to score again. In fact unless he changes I really don't know where the next goal is coming from. Last Saturday was turgid. I have rarely seen such an ineffective and frustrating performance from a Wanderer's team. There was no attempt by Parky to change it even when Zach came on when surely 3 up front leaving Ameobi on would have been more positive and at least shown some intent to find a winner. More excuses afterwards about players not being 100% well is just pathetic. Why play them when we have others who can step in, especially Derik who is surely worth a game? I'll hope he sees the light and changes formation but I won't be at all surprised at yet another defeat and dismal performance. I'll go 2-0 to Dale.

Maybe if Cloughie was 6 foot 2 he'd actually get a game or two?? Being small doesn't fit hump it up football.

Poor team selection and zero confidence that we'll score today. It's whether we lose or draw 0-0.

Phukkin rubbish PP's luck has run out Injuries aside, we're falling further backwards This man can't take us any further, has to go for me as we have yet another manager who cannot pick a team to win a game

Maybe Big Sam might be interested in the job. An opportunity for him to resurrect his reputation

Can we sink lower. Barely registering a shot on target against awful teams. That starting eleven today was the most unbalance, lack lustre pathetic team I've seen in my lifetime.
This is just all too familiar. Manager starts well then fades. PP is surely playing the worst football of them all though. I knew times would be tough but I thought we'd try and win games.
these performances are pathetic and now his post match interviews are equally pathetic.
Sorry I know I should try and use a range of words but I can't: Pathetic!

I'd rather Parky played with ten men than keep picking Trotter. He sets such a bad example to the rest of the team. Why should they bust a gut when he can't be bothered to even break sweat? The bloke is stealing a living and demoralising the rest of the squad.
Fans took to criticising Pratley, Mavies, Madine (and Feeney!) etc. but by comparison with the shower that's left, they seem like word-beaters with depths of energy and strength that we are now sorely lacking.

I got this great idea...lets kick the ball long to Proctor...oops we already tried that in the last 3 games AND IT DONT WORK !!!!! Maybe try Ameobi and Clough up front and keep the ball on the floor...now that cant work can it!

Looks like we're stuffed basically. The club won't sack Parky even though it's clear that he isn't the answer to our problems. It's been a general decline in standards ever since BSA left and this is just another leg down. I genuinely had high hopes of Parkinson when he first came but I wasn't aware of the dreadful football he was associated with. Our only chance is that unlike previous managers he learns about his mistakes and changes his methods. We wanted someone with experience of League 1 football which of course he has. What we should have been looking for is someone with experience of promotion from league 1, which Parky doesn't have despite 4 attempts with Bradford. With his brand of football that's probably no surprise. If he stays I'd like him to accept he needs to re-appraise his methods. Stop this kick and chase and start trying to play football and you may yet be the man we need.

I am so angry that I probably should wait until tomorrow to comment. That was an absolutely abysmal performance for which I blame the manager 100%. Our tactics are terrible - just boot the ball high towards Proctor's head. Jamie Proctor tries hard but does not have the skill to play that type of game. We were missing Beavers and Buxton presumably due to injury and he left out Ameobi and Vela. So we played a sort of 4-2-4 but it was just hoofball. First half, Henry missed an absolute sitter and that was it until the 45th minute when Spearing had a good shot saved and Anderson headed over. Second half was worse as we didn't get near their goal The goal against eventually came. Moxey and Trotter got in a mess with defensive headers, the ball broke to the by- line. Their player knocked it in and Howard somehow pushed it back out along the by-line. Nobody reacted and their guy just hammered it in via bar and post. How it beat Howard is beyond me. We were then beaten as we would never score. Rochdale hit the post, Howard dropped the ball and we somehow scrambled it away. We eventually hit the post in a late scramble It was just awful. Rochdale were not that good but they knew that if they put 10 men behind the ball and wasted time, then they would win. I despair of our tactics. This is worse than the Dougie Freedman time. Howard - 3 - terrible kicking again. I need to see the goal again as I can't work out how it got in. Dropped the ball and nearly gifted Rochdale a second. Wilson - 3 - really poor Wheater - 6 - OK but for a ridiculous 30 yard shot in the last minute when we had 8 men n the box waiting for a pass. Thorpe - 6 - another OK Moxey - 4 - forgettable Spearing - 4 - another one culpable for the big boot play Trotter - 2 - he had one spell in the first half where he wasted 4 successive passes Henry - 4 - missed a sitter and still cannot contribute much to the game C.Taylor - 1 - terrible. It was embarrassing when everyone cheered when he was subbed but he was awful. Anderson - 4 - he needs to learn to pass to his colleagues. Every time he got the ball, he tried to dribble and always lost it. Proctor - 5 - he tries hard but is not very good but compared to some of the others, he at least put some effort in. Clough - 4 - only got 25 mins but couldn't get anything Amoebi - 4 - same as Clough with 25 mins. Some dribble s but achieves very little Vela - no time
Manager - 1 - terrible terrible terrible tactics. He is killing football.

Reality has kicked in. It is boring being in the third division and it is boring following a team which hasn't scored in 5 hours (and probably won't score in the next 5 hours!). We will be lucky to acheive mid-table obscurity at this rate.
