I think this best proves my point of why Neil needs to go. I'm sure we've all muttered the line of "these aren't good enough to play in this league" at some and several points this season. So I thought I'd break it down into 3 categories; too good for this league, good enough and not good enough.
Too good: Currently none, though Clough may argue his point. For anyone saying it's too soon to tell I agree but you wouldn't find Aston Villa selling Jack Grealish for £3m. He gets talked about for not one international sides but two and I've never seen him score.
So back to the other categories. Good enough: Amos, Wheater, Moxey, Casado, Prince, Vela, Davies, Spearing, Clayton, Pratley, Trotter, Silva, Clough.
Which leaves not good enough: Dervite, Danns, Feeney, Madine, Heskey, Ameobi, Dobbie. And then the players we don't know so have to presume not good enough. Pisano, Wilson, Rachbuka, Derick, Walker.
You can argue some cases and you could chop and change a little bit but my point is that I believe still that we have a core group of players who are good enough to be playing better and picking up far more points than we do. yes we may need to carry a few passengers but side has to do this. We just need to get them players that are good enough playing in a way and style that suits and bringing the best out of them. All boils down to one man really. He should be honest with himself. Personally think he should have brought in a proper number 2 to learn from an old hand like a Warnock. But think he knew they'd eventually want his job and be better at it.

Good analysis, about right for me. My concern is twofold. Firstly, those that are good enough are not selected, I do wonder why. Secondly, some of those who are good enough loose form, I also wonder why. It has to be the manager.
