I know Trotter's Mrs will be first in line when the tickets go on sale
Kevin Davies' testimonial match is starting to take shape, with plans in place for former teammates and celebrities to partake in the highly-anticipated event.
Davies, who represented Bolton between 2003 and 2013, was granted a testimonial date last year, after completing a decade of service at the Reebok Stadium - under the management of Sam Allardyce, Sammy Lee, Gary Megson, Owen Coyle and, finally, Dougie Freedman.
The 37-year-old, who is in the final year of his contract at Preston North End, will put on a Bolton shirt one last time on either Friday 31st July or Saturday 1st August, 2015, subject to confirmation from Wanderers officials.
Former Trotters players Stelios Giannakopoulos, Ivan Campo, Henrik Pedersen, Nicky Hunt and Anthony Barness are among those already believed to be joining Davies at Macron Stadium, while names such as Jay-Jay Okocha, Ricardo Gardner, Fernando Hierro, Youri Djorkaeff and Fabrice Muamba have all been contacted regarding their availability.
Possible opponents for Davies' team look set to include ex-colleagues from former clubs, such as Chesterfield's Ritchie Humphreys and Southampton legend Claus Lundekvam, with celebrities including Vernon Kay, Ralf Little and Antony Cotton also said to be interested in playing.
Davies made 407 appearances for Bolton, after joining on a free transfer from Southampton. In total, he netted 84 goals for the club before his controversial departure last year.

Is Augustin Okocha turning up or what?? I have to pinch myself that I witnessed him to not only walked the hallowed turf of the REEBOK, but also score the second best goal (after FrankiWorthy of course) v Aston Villa that I have ever seen I'd rather not see the usual shorty crappy people like Ralf Little and yes, who the F**k is Anthony Cotton? These no marks are taking up valuable spaces for Nobby Nolan or even our very own Eidur or Andy Walker!!

Jay Jay has confirmed. Also Anthony Cotton is the camp knicker factory worker. I know you should never judge a book by the cover but i'd be amazed if he can do ten kick ups with a balloon.
Heard Bolton are trying to organise a friendly on the same day against European opposition, which is a bit odd as maybe the likes of Chungy, Mavies would have liked a run out and Lennon always seems to know good PR. He could get his boots on.
Anyone think Patrice Evra might show up for it?

I hope they invite Matthew Upson. I used to love the way Big Kev bullied him. Especially the last time he played against us and took a diving header onto Kev's boot. Even the referee realised that Kev (for once with Upson) was totally innocent. I think maybe Kev scored in that incident but perhaps I'm gilding the lily!!
